By opting in to SMS alerts from Bear Canyon Systems, you agree to receive automated operational notifications regarding BCS system status. These messages are sent only when a monitored pipeline encounters an error. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.

Privacy Policy - The Basics

Bear Canyon Systems ("BCS") operates automated content pipelines that publish daily briefings to bearcanyonhq.com. This policy describes how BCS handles personal information in connection with its SMS alert program.

SMS Alerts

BCS sends automated operational alert messages to internal staff who have explicitly opted in by configuring the system to send notifications to their mobile number. These messages are sent only when a monitored pipeline encounters an error requiring attention.

Message frequency: fewer than 5 messages per month, only on system failure events
Message and data rates may apply
Mobile numbers collected for SMS alerts are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties
Mobile numbers are used solely to deliver operational alerts and are not used for marketing purposes

Opt-out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further alerts will be sent.
